Booking Private Lessons:
Please book lessons with Melissa Directly via email, phone, or in person.

Recommended Time for Lessons:
One hour lessons for general teaching
Two hour lessons for full choreography of new routines solo, strut, and showtwirls
Two hour lessons for Pageant consultation, modeling, wardrobe, interview, and talent

Fees:
$35. 00 per hour plus applicable gym or studio fees

Where:
Private lesson locations are generally determined by Melissa however, private lessons can be arranged anywhere. If the student(s) can supply a gym or appropriate location Melissa will travel to them. Any lessons booked more then 30 miles outside of Peoria will be considered on location and will require a minimum of 5 hours worth of lesson time to be filled to avoid additional mileage expenses.

Be prepared for your lesson:

Practice ahead of time and memorize previous material given to you. Bring a full typed copy of all routines and any recent score sheets to each lesson. It is also recommended that lessons be video taped.

Should Parents Stay:
It is recommended that if the student is under the age of 10 parents stay to take notes so that they can help the student understand the routines and or practice. Older students do not need to have parents attend private lessons.
